All tracks on the following CD's can be freely sampled by downloading an MP3 sample file. To sample John Sidney's easy listening piano music, click on the CD graphic or CD title you wish to sample. You will then see a larger graphic of that CD appear with it's associated song list to the right. The Song titles are red, but as you pass your mouse curser over each song title, the title colour changes to blue. While the title is coloured blue, double click on it to begin downloading the music sample. If you are using a dial up modem, it will take several minutes to download each music sample as the file size of each track is approximately 2MB. Some Media players 'buffer' the sample as it downloads and plays a few segments at a time, the sample appearing to be broken. However, once the sample has fully downloaded, click on your media player's 'play' button and you will hear the whole track play continuously.

This CD has a selection of popular songs from the early to mid 1900s and runs for 37 minutes. A lot of beautiful music rolled out in hard times during World Wars I and II and the great depression. For those who remember those years, this selection will no doubt rekindle fond memories of 'life as it was before television'. This CD is definitely a wonderful gift idea for an elderly friend or relative.

Both Sides Of John Sidney (BSJ0301     $25.00AU)
This CD is a real classic and is a reproduction of the original vinyl LP produced in the early seventies, a few years after John had left Channel Six and opened the John Sidney Piano Centre in 1973. One side of the LP saw John playing piano and on the other side he played organ. So popular was the LP at the time it was promoted on TV, orders exceeded double that of the quantity initially produced.

This album is a reproduction of a commercially produced cassette recorded during the early days of television when John Sidney and Peter Richman played live on a very popular TV program called TELETUNES. John played piano and Peter played the Hammond organ. The TV audience would send in their requests and John and Peter would play them live.
